Audit on all input and changes kept. When consensus is reached the portal input becomes final. The Cloud has now opened up new opportunities to develop custom application solutions driven by the user community and assisted by IT professionals. Development platforms take care of the technical issues associated with a development environment and allow business users to focus on building their HR technology solution and changing it themselves as the business changes.
